We offer modern nondogmatic yoga classes, also referred to as "yoga as exercise", at all levels and for all goals. American yoga generally focuses on asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) in order to bring peace to the mind, body, and spirit as the class progresses. Practices are designed to promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, and to relieve stress and discomfort. We offer a variety of Vinyasa Flow, Alignment, Restorative, and Yin yoga classes.
