At some point in our lives, we all experience grief and loss. No matter what the cause, it is almost always a component of change, for example. The passing of someone important to you, or dealing with a trouble child can cause real pain. Moving, a job change, a medical problem, a troubled relationship, all these issues, and hundreds more can bring about feelings of grief and loss. The more profound the hurt for you, the more important it is to address it as soon as possible. Dealing with these challenges is not a cookie-cutter or checklist process. The goal is to relieve the pain and troublesome thoughts as soon as we can.
