Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
If you were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012, came to the U.S. before your 16th birthday, and meet other certain requirements, you may be eligible to apply for DACA and receive a work permit and other benefits.
The U.S. government is once again accepting applications for new DACA applicants and renewals.
