You may qualify for our Charitable Health Coverage if you don’t qualify for public or private coverage like Medicaid/Medi-Cal. Read about program requirements in your state.
What is Charitable Health Coverage?
Kaiser Permanente’s CHC programs provide health care coverage to low-income individuals and families who don’t have access to other public or private health coverage.
When you are a CHC member you receive:
- Enrollment in a Kaiser Permanente Individuals and Families health plan
- A Kaiser Permanente subsidy to help pay your monthly premiums
- Financial assistance that eliminates out-of-pocket costs for most covered services provided at Kaiser Permanente facilities
Do you qualify for CHC?
To qualify for Kaiser Permanente’s CHC you must meet certain requirements. For instance, you must live in our service area, and have a certain income based on the Federal Poverty Level Guidelines.
