It takes a team effort to investigate child abuse. Children’s Center is proud to serve in a coordinating capacity to ensure that all team agencies work individually and collaboratively to provide the most comprehensive and child-friendly services for child victims of abuse. In child abuse cases, the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) approach brings together Children’s Center staff, law enforcement, juvenile officers, prosecutors, Children’s Division workers, and medical and mental health workers into one coordinated team to improve case outcomes.
