Will Call at Ralph Engelstad Arena is the ideal location to leave tickets for your guests. Located at the UND/Ralph Engelstad Arena Box Office on the east side of the arena in the main lobby, our Will Call windows ensure a smooth and secure ticket pick-up process.
To guarantee that tickets are released to the correct individual, guests must present photo identification upon pick-up. If the designated person is unable to collect the tickets, please contact the Ralph Engelstad Arena Box Office to update the name.
For basketball, volleyball, and other events, a Will Call window is also available at the Betty Engelstad Sioux Center. This window opens one hour before the game or event, ensuring convenient access for all attendees.
