Community Options offers the Family Check-Up®, a concise, strengths-based family intervention designed to enhance positive family dynamics and address various child and adolescent behavioral issues. This program, backed by over three decades of research, effectively reduces child behavioral problems, mitigates childhood depression, and curbs adolescent substance use. It also promotes healthy development, improves school adjustment and self-regulation, and fosters effective parenting techniques. The intervention process includes an initial interview, comprehensive assessments, and a feedback session, followed by the Everyday Parenting program, which provides ongoing support and training tailored to each family's specific needs.
